To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次來呢間墨西哥餐廳Verde Mar。平時比較少食墨西哥菜式。今次同朋友去咗呢間位於西營盤嘅墨西哥餐廳食dinner. 餐廳設計富有墨西哥特色，天花掛滿左好多動物公仔嘅裝飾。食物方面有驚喜，原來墨西哥菜都幾好味同埋好健康😋⭐️慢煮牛面肉 Slow cooked beef cheek barbacoa $189牛肉好嫩滑，入口即溶。佢另外有洋蔥粒、蔥粒同檸檬在旁邊，可以隨自己喜好加入清湯入面，同牛肉一齊食，味道好清新。⭐️Avocado fries $79炸牛油果條都係第一次食。個感覺好似食天婦羅。好特別！點埋綠色個醬汁一齊食，少少辣辣地，好好味😋👍⭐️ Quesadilla (2PCS) $99個薄餅好好味，好清新！營養豐富，係健康人士嘅首選。⭐️Avocado ice-cream $88賣相好靚，佢用牛油果🥑嘅外殼去裝住牛油果雪糕，中間係芒果雪葩。賣相好似一個牛油果。⭐️Avocado smoothie $78 好creamy好滑，佢加咗少少牛奶打混，口感更加幼滑。牛油果味道好濃郁，真材實料。⭐️Americano $38
