To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

墨魚丸很好吃

不寫食評都不知這舖頭那麼差，但可能我是女仔，所以沒甚麼太差的待遇吧。星期天和男友去遊水前，諗住食少少東西先玩，便選了這裏吃粉麵，可能沒甚麼其望吧，所以也不會有太大失望。看了餐牌其實很想叫薯條餐，見張相很漂亮，餐也很豐富般，但又怕待會吃得太飽，游水辛苦。所以叫我喜歡的紫菜四寶麵，貪一碗已有齊不同的選擇，不過男友後來後悔了，男友選吃牛腩併墨魚丸，他的墨魚丸雖不彈牙，但很有咬口，又有黑魚味，未知入面混了甚麼，還是把一些未攪碎的黑魚混了入內，總之很好味。而我的紫菜四寶河雖不難吃，但對著黑魚丸就很失色了，而且紫菜少，不過百物騰貴算了吧。雖然碗內有馳名魚蛋，但只是彈牙，沒甚麼特別。魚皮餃不好吃，但魚扎則好味。下次再來要叫魚札拼黑魚丸，咁就完美了。
