To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日同朋友去左彭慶記度食晚飯, 點了木瓜雞腳花生湯: 好似媽咪煲既湯士多啤梨生炒骨: d骨唔肥唔瘦, 夠熱同脆, 味道同士多啤梨好夾, 好好食~蒜香雞半隻: d雞肉好滑, 皮好脆, 連埋面上d炸蒜蓉一齊食好香口, 好食~啫啫生菜煲: 其實我唔太鐘意食生菜, 不過因為時令無通菜既關係所以先叫生菜, 個煲超熱, 味道都ok既, 有蝦醬既咸香味, 如果係通菜, 我諗我會鐘意d, haha~老闆同侍應態度都好友善, 地方又乾淨, 有機會會再去~

士多啤梨生炒骨: d骨唔肥唔瘦, 夠熱同脆, 味道同士多啤梨好夾, 好好食~

蒜香雞半隻: d雞肉好滑, 皮好脆, 連埋面上d炸蒜蓉一齊食好香口, 好食~

啫啫生菜煲: 其實我唔太鐘意食生菜, 不過因為時令無通菜既關係所以先叫生菜, 個煲超熱, 味道都ok既, 有蝦醬既咸香味, 如果係通菜, 我諗我會鐘意d, haha~

老闆同侍應態度都好友善, 地方又乾淨, 有機會會再去~
