To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老婆唔想一次過食得太多生嘢,所以,佢就點咗幾款炙燒系嘅壽司。佢特別點咗呢款燒生蠔,雖然只喺炙燒,即表面辣一辣吓,但感覺已安心好多。佢話隻蠔頗有蠔味,而灑咗啲黑椒粒上面,惹味好多。

小弟試咗新推出嘅帶柑橘香嘅帆立貝,老婆亦試咗款炙燒味噌帆立貝。跟上面嘅長鰭吞拿魚好相似,都喺放有牛蒡絲及蔥粒,加上粒帆立貝本身喺有質素嘅,整體食味好好,老婆都讚。

老婆點咗多款炙燒壽司,亦點番款較生嘅壽壽司。雖然睇落呢款醬油吞拿魚壽司紅得嚟好似擺喺櫥窗啲模型咁,但入口吞拿魚頗有魚味,以柚子、醬油醃漬過,食味真喺幾好啫。

碗烏冬見佢賣$29,估計都唔會太大碗,份量剛好啱晒我哋兩個「些牙」,卻又唔會太滯肚。雖然只賣廿零蚊,但一樣交足貨,三大粒帆立貝,煎得有牛油、蒜香,而烏冬夠晒滑身,口感卻又帶煙韌,老婆極之欣賞碗烏冬。
