To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日放假照顧阿B,結果好晏先食午餐/下午餐,差不多4點先食,去左大埔中心食壽司,因為平時元氣太多人,無心機等,今次就唔洗等。依家轉左用手機自己落單,食物由高速列車送上,連伙記都減少左。叫左個下午茶,5件壽司、蒸蛋同南瓜餅,再加左個手卷,埋單60幾蚊,其實唔太抵食,但壽司同圍都貴,而且元氣無減份量(有啲壽司店壽司超細舊),所以算咁上下。味道方面有一向水準,說不上好好食,但總比超市壽司好食,個蒸蛋都幾滑,而南瓜餅又夠乾身/脆口,雖然手卷啲餸少左啲,但勝在跟餐平左,都算交足功課。
