To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日本菜係我既至愛，今天心血來潮好想食壽司，去左屋企附近間元氣壽司，無論平日定假日，每次都大排長龍，但係都值得既，因為佢依度用料新鮮，即叫即做，仲有高速火車送到你面前。三文魚腩、油甘魚、吞拿魚腩壽司，魚油香四溢，口齒留香。赤海蝦壽司都好好味，蝦用好彈牙好鮮味。 軍艦壽司送到黎，紫菜還是脆脆的。依到d 炸物一樣係好出色，尢其是吉列炸蠔，外皮香脆，蠔味重，外脆內嫩，好味到不得了，仲有依度炸魷魚都相當唔錯。 美食當前，再加埋支日本清酒，一路食一路飲，正!!
