To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚朋友約聚會，朋友剛收工未食晚飯，我就喺屋企打咗底先出嚟，機緣巧合下嚟到元氣食嘢。嗌咗好多碟嘢壽司同小食，當然唔少得我好鍾意食嘅雞軟骨啦，煙煙unun，好爽口。天婦羅蝦壽司$10亦係必選嘅，每次都維持水準。上至下、左至右分別係：鰻魚壽司、炙燒明太子三文魚、炙燒牛油熟帶子炙燒黑椒熟蝦、炙燒澳洲牛、炙燒辛辣三文魚腩榮螺、牛油果軟殼蟹卷香辣吞拿魚卷、辛辣長鯺吞拿魚甜蝦蟹膏、玉子小柱飛魚籽食物味道毋庸置疑，呢個唔逐一寫喇。衛生情況良好，我哋都冇肚屙或唔舒服。服務良好，上菜速度迅速，店員都好有禮貌。環境闊落，坐得舒服總結，除咗價格高，其餘各方面都好滿意，難怪佢有成70幾間分店啦。
