To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係間歇性壽司引🍣發作時間，要立即止引就即刻要搵壽司吃😋！到 Mikiki的元氣壽司吃晚餐，而家用qr code落單好方便，加上元氣的高速列車，又可以減少人手，兩個人點了三文魚$14，北寄貝$17，芥末榮螺$14，芥辣八爪魚$14，北寄貝沙律$14，海膽墨魚$17，加州卷$22，珍寶皇帝蟹柳$10，赤海蝦$20，脆蒜鰭吞拿魚$20，青森蒜香槍魷魚$22，青森芝士蛋糕$22。今次有期間限定的青森蒜香槍魷魚，煙煙韌韌帶點蒜香味，珍寶皇帝蟹柳用煙燻過特別香，吞拿魚好鮮味，其他幾款味道都好平均，最後食埋青森芝士蛋糕做甜品，正！😋👍🏻
