今日去了日山食壽喜燒,疫情下去唔到日本,在香港都要試吓有冇日本嘅感受。日山的booking好full,差不多兩星期前先Book到今日去食,今日試嘅係lunch,佢有其他唔係壽喜燒,不過一心想食,便叫兩set和老婆自私食,前菜除梅酒番茄啫喱比較特別,另外兩小碟一般,之後到主菜壽喜燒和牛,牛望落去幾靚,一片特選部位,一片牛肩肉,佢哋同日式唔同係令一邊燒,唔係好似日本咁係自己張枱燒,不過無緊要,最緊要好食,兩片牛質地一般,特選部位睇落去靚,不過有啲煤,牛肩肉有咬口,不過唔係好牛味,燒汁如果香港人可能可以,不過比起日本帶甜和入味黎講就唔同層次,感覺一般,份量也比較少,試一次無防個種。
