我哋試咗花竹蝦天婦羅,活海佬真係好好味,天婦羅炸粉好薄身,完全感覺到海老係蒸到半熟並非炸到半熟,好正呀! 另外蝦頭都炸得好香脆,直情喺酥脆,海老點少少咖哩鹽,好襯👍😍

🌟北海道宮魚
我真係冇食過,但我喺電視見過呢款魚炸完可以好靚咁放喺碟上,已經係一種視覺嘅享受,配天婦羅汁食幾正喎!唔怪天婦羅菜式多數都見到佢啦!

一開始每人嚟兩片關西風嘅壽喜燒,關西風係我最喜歡嘅壽喜燒煮法,因為比較香,Ben 師傅處理得好好,配少少焦香嘅冬菇同埋大蔥,點埋靈魂醬汁夢王蛋黃汁一齊食,好幸福呀🤤

其餘和牛會用關東風嘅煮法,今次食完真係令我改觀😆 師傅控制啱啱好,大約五成熟,入口即溶,非常後幸福感, 配少少柚子皮或者少少芥末一齊食,真係日日食都冇問題🤣 日本嚟嘅蔬菜質素真係有保證,尤其是個蕃茄同粟米仔真係極新鮮又帶甜味,京都半熟豆腐都好正,口感似布甸😍

師傅主理嘅主食用咗壽喜燒嘅精華煮咗個蛋汁嘅飯同烏冬俾我哋,每一啖都好滿足,蛋汁有壽喜燒同和牛油脂嘅香味,一試難忘😎

之後再上個湯,個湯非常之清澈但係有淡淡嘅日本嘅高湯味道,最緊要係夠熱,飲完好舒服!

<Yoake 夜明け> 質素真係令我非常有印象,喺度食晚飯可以滿足幾個願望,連壽喜燒都有關西同關東風嘅選擇,食材新鮮,連蔬菜全部都係日本進口 ,想試好味嘅天婦羅或者壽喜燒,呢度絕對滿足到你,而且服務態度都一流,座位舒適,一定唔會介紹錯,真心推介👍
