To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時去金百利食都係食嗰兩間平野，其他餐廳冇乜興趣。不過，去openricehk 搵食，睇中左呢間築地日本料理 。佢嘅野食好多款式，價錢亦幾抵。第一當然食下冷盤頭盤啦。呢個三文魚腩刺身真係不得了，一件6件，每件又厚又肥美！好味呀🤤壽司方面都幾吸引，亦多選擇。我就俾啲圈物吸引左，叫左加州卷同味之鰻。加州卷好難會做得難食😂味之鰻好滿足，食完版兩碟壽司已經飽左3份一。鐵板牛舌幾惹味。份量OK, 不過就薄左啲，味道正常。我自己鍾意煎多啲，呢個用炒嘅我覺得麻麻，口感冇咁爽脆。小食炸軟殼蟹正正常常，炸粉厚左少少，但ok。最後呢個牛肉野菜壽喜燒推薦呀！又有肉食又有菜食，跟一隻生雞蛋。個鍋滾緊時再打隻蛋睇住佢熟真係好治癒。相睇個鍋好似好細咁，其實下底有好多菜，浸左喺甜豉油湯啲娃娃菜超好食，我呢個唔愛食菜嘅人都食左好多菜😂我一定會再黎，野食唔錯，選擇多同埋價錢抵食呀！尤其個壽喜燒我係好推薦。
