To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇食評就睇得多,寫食評都係第1次,係忍唔住,因為。前身是海霸酒樓晚巿食過好多次,轉了美心皇宮後,是第一次光顧晚巿,還要是長輩的壽宴。有屏風間房夠闊落,侍應服務都殷勤。第一道菜乳豬,咩料,隻乳豬無肉嘅,基本上件件都是肥膏。之後芝士焗澳洲龍蝦,龍蝦不是炒完再焗的,食落明顯係用水烚熟的。再到彩鳳帶子,帶子甜豆,味道都是清淡的,都唔緊要啦,當去一去剛才乳豬的油膩吧!下一道瑤柱扒雙蔬,娃娃菜墊底,配上草菇淋上瑤柱。再嚟下一個高湯雞蓉燴官燕,呢個我完全唔識點形容,fusion 嘢,但唔係幾好食。鮑魚扣花菰,食材同個芡汁都係無味,開始覺得自己食緊d乜,連生菜都唔想夾。蒸石斑,雞,荷葉飯都唔洗講。到最後生日宴必備的壽包,芝麻小湯圓紅豆沙,應該都好難難食呱,sorry,我錯了。壽包個餡,究竟係咪蓮蓉呢?好似係麻蓉咁嘅,但味道口感都怪怪地,紅豆沙係唔起沙嘅,湯圓又係無乜味,係咬開粒湯圓見到係黑色,估到係芝麻湯圓。成晚都唔知食左乜,咁就盛惠$6288,仲要係3圍年年都係係屯門擺生日宴,係估唔到今次中伏。一心諗住地點方便,又係大品牌,點都有保證啦,咁就中伏了
