To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1. 30度唔開冷氣, 全部顧客都出曬汗2. 成個餐牌有一半嘢食都冇得嗌,店員聲稱廚師放假, 得返烚嘅嘢食i.e. 河粉,懷疑係店員自己煮3. 店員態度一般,聲稱 '你哋熱我哋都熱㗎'我哋一行五人行咗15 分鐘先至去到呢間餐廳,出面30幾度, 入到去同出面係冇分別,溫度都係30幾度。我哋有問店員可唔可以開冷氣,佢哋聲稱開咗,但係冷氣完全冇風..過咗半個鐘之後我哋差唔多食完,佢哋突然間又開到個冷氣, 出熱風...入到去諗住試吓呢間"前"米芝蓮餐廳,竟然同我講淨係可以嗌烚嘅嘢食,其他都冇得嗌.烚嘅食物無嘢好評價,但係其他嘢基本上同街邊檔冇分別。

我哋一行五人行咗15 分鐘先至去到呢間餐廳,出面30幾度, 入到去同出面係冇分別,溫度都係30幾度。我哋有問店員可唔可以開冷氣,佢哋聲稱開咗,但係冷氣完全冇風..
過咗半個鐘之後我哋差唔多食完,佢哋突然間又開到個冷氣, 出熱風...

入到去諗住試吓呢間"前"米芝蓮餐廳,竟然同我講淨係可以嗌烚嘅嘢食,其他都冇得嗌.

烚嘅食物無嘢好評價,但係其他嘢基本上同街邊檔冇分別。
