To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年夏天無得去泰國,行過茶泰,又見到有午餐special,不如去試下。見到個焗飯和其他的焗飯好似不太一樣,有個木架上的,有趣有趣。大人要$60,學生才$41,唔錯唔錯。最估唔到的是個芝士可以多到拉絲而個焗飯的汁和平時食開的不一樣,有少少粉紅色因為有辣椒的緣故。menu話個焗飯應該是辣的,我便食不出辣味🤷🏼‍♂️而泰式奶茶太重奶味,多過茶葉的味道,沖的時候要多加茶葉才可以。飲的時候因為多冰,會沖淡了茶味。
