今日要和同事去新蒲崗開會,之後搵到工廠大廈附近有間叫玫瑰餐廳陳儀興,火鍋小菜都有不少款式選擇,同事喜歡食火鍋,今晚就揀咗個冬瓜盅做湯底。如果提早一日訂,仲有優惠。鮑魚花膠冬瓜盅:冬瓜盅是夏天時令湯品,加入原隻鮑魚、海參、花膠、雞件和濃雞湯煮成,冬瓜吸收食材精華,瓜肉特別滋味。鮑魚、海參和花膠都彈牙,湯底濃郁鮮甜,冇加味精。飲完湯就可以加湯打邊爐。黃油雞半隻:肉質嫩滑,皮脆骨軟,脂肪豐滿和味道鮮美。極品黑豚肉:切得比較薄,輕輕灼幾下就食得,豬肉味香濃而且有口感。自家鮮蝦雲吞:雲吞都好大粒,豬肉和鮮蝦比例恰到好處。彈牙鮮蝦丸:用新鮮蝦打成,加入少量芫茜,除咗口感彈牙,仲有清香嘅芫茜味。脆鯇魚片: 魚肉不易煮爛,肉質結實、清爽脆口。潮州手打魚麵爽滑彈牙。藍妹冰凍啤酒:用冰桶冰住,慢慢都可以keep住冰凍。打邊爐必需有!
