今日天鴿來香港掛了10號風球,黃昏才改掛3號風球,所以,好多人就係屋企休息,平白多了一天假,而我就選擇夜晚出街食泰國菜,可能係打風的關係,餐廳比平時顧客人數較小泰國烤雞半隻,蜜汁炭烤雞,泰國蜜汁!全雞真的考得很乾,這個才是地道食法!全雞外皮是不錯吃一點油汁都沒有,脆脆的口感,烤肉肉質的非常乾澀,配上泰式醬汁才不會膩口!這道泰式蛋炒金邊粉,真係美味雞蛋炒至金黃色,包著粉的外層,配料有雞蛋蒜頭紅蔥頭豆腐乾青檸芫茜烘花生紅辣椒碎椰糖魚露羅望子醬,炒在一起,想在家炒,但還是不夠鑊氣,炒不出這道菜的色香味呢。食咗真係好開胃侍應好貼身幫我地到檸檬水,及奉上小食,泰國炸蝦片,真係好脆,香口,食越食越唔住得口地下食泰國菜,樓上叫原燒道場,可叫串燒食羊肉串$28/串 燒得好香,啖啖肉,又唔show雞軟骨$22/串 雞軟骨配了特製醬汁,唔會乾爭爭,爽口好食最鍾意就係食雞中翼,採用秘製醬汁燒出嚟,真色香味俱全,真係唔錯雞中翼(2隻)$25 拖用廚師特製醬汁,一併燒,才可帶出雞翼的香口粟米燒得均勻,聞到好香燒烤味,食落去又甜,又多水份

這道泰式蛋炒金邊粉,真係美味
