朋友喜歡吃鰻魚，給她發掘到一家鰻魚專門店🤣他們位置還算好找，不過我們7點到還是等了半個鐘才到我們。第一次去試吃探店，看過說很好吃的，我們就點了手臂一樣長的沙羅曼蛇丼，雖然叫蛇，應該也是鰻魚的一種。鰻魚肉綿密，和魚肉味道口感差不多，平常去壽司店也吃過鰻魚壽司，但和這個不一樣的。食材新鮮很重要，配上特調製過的醬汁烘烤，微甜味口感，真的是每一口都是滿滿的幸福味道！好滿足！每口都是糯香甜濃郁！😍不過大家要小心魚骨！還有一份叫了三重鰻魚丼➕套餐是有3種不同種類的鰻魚: 鹽燒🔥鰻魚，穴子，香甜烤制鰻魚。鹽燒是幹燒烤後撒上鹽調味，好吃又脆又有彈性口感。穴子是微微綿密，比較小一條的鰻魚，和在壽司店吃的穴子壽司是一種。香甜可口就比較綿軟糯口。😍 吃完真的很滿足😌而且份量都挺多的，最後我們是打包帶走！😆哈哈！有機會再去吃其他丼飯🍚
