早幾日荃灣寶石樓依家夏麵館見佢嘅午餐價錢都幾吸引,一於同朋友打電話嚟訂枱食晚餐餐廳座位好闊落,還有幾張卡位。一行四人,7:30pm入座都full full地,好彩有訂枱咋,之後原來都坐到差唔多滿座我哋見到有啲套餐,但係因為唔係太肚餓關係,最後都選擇單點鮮肉小籠包比起一啲大連鎖式店,更加性價比高。小籠包即叫即正大約五至7分鐘就上枱啦肉汁鮮嫩,湯汁豐盈,而且熱辣辣。紅燒獅子頭是上海菜的表表者,將豬肉剁成免治豬肉繼而做成拳頭大小的肉丸,濃油赤醬,紅燒口味濃郁。酥炸排骨麵豬扒新鮮炸起,炸得香酥可口,而且炸漿唔厚,調味得宜,而上海麵面質偏硬,有咬口及彈牙。津白肉絲炒年糕朋友是「煙韌控」,對年糕依種食物完全沒有抵抗力。有嚼勁而且不黏牙配搭香濃醬汁,贊😊

紅燒獅子頭
是上海菜的表表者,將豬肉剁成免治豬肉
