廿多年前上海開始食,耐唔耐就食一次。今次去開荃灣,再去這分店食午餐。叫咗前菜五小碟,海蜇頭,鎮江餚肉,雞絲粉皮,燻魚,涼拌小木耳。保持水準。加個上湯小籠包,拇指生煎包。滿足的午餐

我記得上次我明明話唔想再去食,但諗起天氣凍可以食大大碗頁熱面我地最後又入左去試。衛生方面係冇改善,啲碗碟一樣喺油淋淋。今次叫左兩碗麵一個小食, 我同自己講下次真係諗清楚先好再行入去。嫩雞燴麵一樣咁大碗,但出出面嘅燴麵通常都係好濃嘅湯汁,但呢度因為好大碗所以就變得比較稀。麵質係唔似會面燴麵,有蔬菜有雞粒但唔係嫩雞。總的來說其實都係鮮甜好味。酥炸排骨擔擔麵酥炸排骨好香好脆豬肉好林,但係好大陣鬆肉粉未。湯底唔濃好稀。但其實都好味嘅。素鵝 無食過食素鵝入邊竟然係金菇,但炸得幾好加上醋我覺得係好唔錯。

1)本人2月13日及14日晚上约六時到夏面館用餐,客人好少,一入門口,無人理,有個較高年長穿著黑色制服的男侍應望下,我主動說幾多位,男侍應企在原位,手指指四方枱,好大聲示意那邊啦,粗聲粗氣,我以為自己入了大排檔。2)到埋單時,叫侍應生,他說出面俾錢。我們行出去,有個年紀輕少少著恤衫男士收$,我家人俾了10幾元貼士,個男人由頭到尾望到無望過個客人,更加唔會講多謝。你們公司收加一服務費,但完全無服務,行入食店,無人招呼,個個都唔想做,黑口黑面,個個都唔望客人,埋單多謝,甚至再見都無句。

天氣還是很凍,要食得飽飽才是上策。兩個人去食午餐,夏麵館一時前結帳還有八五折優惠。午餐套餐選擇多,主食叫了上海擔擔麵,個湯非常濃郁充滿著花生香味,肉碎加上青蔥,麵條吸收的湯的味道,小小辣暖胃又可口。另外一個主食比較清淡,雪菜肉絲炒年糕,年糕煙靭,好喜歡這個質感,配料還有雪菜、肉絲、筍絲和冬菇絲。小食的紅油抄手有3大隻,辣椒豉油好香口。鮮肉小籠包熱辣辣,好多肉汁好味,套餐還有餐飲,今天的酸梅湯太甜了。另外叫了2隻夏味燻鴨蛋,橙橙的顏色好漂亮,好重的煙燻味,蛋黃雖然呈半流質但不會膩。

中午12:30去食,都冇乜人,諗住坐得舒服啲,加一都冇問題,茶錢$5位都好正常,但食物質素真系搶差人意,叫左個豬扒菜飯。件豬扒系凍既,又乾又柴,擔擔麵勁多碎骨,個菜飯又多飯召而且又系乾真真,好難食,咁既價錢,一d都唔值。小食既鍋貼同小籠包就好味既,因為夠熱。環境就不嬲都唔錯既,枱夠大,樓底又高,好濶落。但系食食下有隻大蒼蠅系度飛來飛去。好dirty。比起幾年前食既水準真系冇得比,今次之後唔會再食。
