To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺九龍灣返工嘅人，中午食飯嘅時候經常要排隊等好耐，好多上班族都覺得好煩。不過，我最近發現咗間冇咁長隊仲不過不失嘅拉麵店？日式定食店？呢間拉麵店位喺九龍灣區，係一間工廈入面唔起眼嘅小店。因為我地人數10多個人，為咗唔駛等，我地提早中午12點嚟到呢度。呢間小店嘅選擇算幾多，有各種唔同口味嘅沙律，拉麵、飯同埋烏冬等等。滿足哂唔同同事既要求(某同事要扮減肥唔食飯食拉律🥗)，而我決定試下佢哋嘅夏天期間限定柚子冷沾麵🍋，好涼爽又解暑！面條有彈牙嘅口感同埋麵汁嘅酸甜檸檬柚子味道好好咁融合埋一齊，真係會令人回味無窮。我下次都會再黎呢間拉麵店，試下其他味嘅拉麵。如果你都喺九龍灣做工，唔想浪費時間排隊等食午飯，我好推薦你可以早少少黎呢間拉麵店試下。一定唔會後悔！👍
