To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間係位於九龍灣工商大廈入面嘅拉麵店，今日去開呢頭試一試。見到有一個期間限定嘅菜式，就係呢款蟹黃拌麵，忍唔住叫咗，嚟到賣相唔錯，食落蟹味都濃郁。同埋呢間係自助自己整麵豉湯，略嫌價錢偏貴。 continue reading

正路工廈拉麵 還好啦

工廈拉麵，本身都無期望，仲覺得會伏，不過原本想食個間無位就去左睇睇，食完覺得比想像中好但同熱門拉麵店都真係有距離既。不過，呢間都係要排既，但隊就短啲，而且好似係唔知幾點(1230? 1245? 1300)前離座有折，到咁上下時間就會大批人離座。叫左期間限定蟹皇拌麵第一啖食有蟹皇味，但愈食愈無，少少雞白湯味，麵偏淋。不過不失無咩評語比到，真係好普通正常。不過呢個價錢呢個味道呢個環境同工廈黎講仲要自己執餐盤，收緊同地舖連鎖店差唔多價就覺得少貴。 continue reading

本身想食樓下另一間餐廳，但人太多就嚟左呢間食物正正常常啦，價錢貴左少少，同樣價錢係同區有埋飲品最驚訝係埋單果時比店員叫返轉頭拎碟回收先好埋單依家餐廳係好多都會咁做嘅，但多數都係food court 同自行取餐嘅餐廳先係咁，建議舖頭可以多啲提醒客人呢條規矩，比人叫返埋位都幾面懵 continue reading

喺九龍灣返工嘅人，中午食飯嘅時候經常要排隊等好耐，好多上班族都覺得好煩。不過，我最近發現咗間冇咁長隊仲不過不失嘅拉麵店？日式定食店？呢間拉麵店位喺九龍灣區，係一間工廈入面唔起眼嘅小店。因為我地人數10多個人，為咗唔駛等，我地提早中午12點嚟到呢度。呢間小店嘅選擇算幾多，有各種唔同口味嘅沙律，拉麵、飯同埋烏冬等等。滿足哂唔同同事既要求(某同事要扮減肥唔食飯食拉律🥗)，而我決定試下佢哋嘅夏天期間限定柚子冷沾麵🍋，好涼爽又解暑！面條有彈牙嘅口感同埋麵汁嘅酸甜檸檬柚子味道好好咁融合埋一齊，真係會令人回味無窮。我下次都會再黎呢間拉麵店，試下其他味嘅拉麵。如果你都喺九龍灣做工，唔想浪費時間排隊等食午飯，我好推薦你可以早少少黎呢間拉麵店試下。一定唔會後悔！👍 continue reading

    見到樓下派宣傳單張，俾佢嘅好吸睛嘅宣傳單張吸引住“午市1:30後入座買三送一個拉麵”原來而家有拉麵食？馬上上去試下！好耐冇嚟食嘢，啲格局唔同哂～餐牌豐富咗好多 😳仲多咗好多貓貓畫，好可愛！！ 😍 九龍灣嘅貓奴有福了！可惜淨係影咗兩幅畫，因為有其他客人唔方便 🤣下次再去～～呢度附近都冇乜拉麵選擇，但呢度就有好多款拉麵🍜雞白、豬骨、鹽味、麻辣、仲有黑蒜油～因為其他拉麵店好似都比較少黑蒜油味，所以叫咗黑蒜油豬骨湯試吓🤤好香好濃黑蒜油味！而且隻幼身拉麵好掛湯 🥰💕 仲叫咗芝麻雞翼，炸到脆卜卜好入味 🤤可惜今次一個人嚟，下次會儲夠四個人上嚟享用買三送一嘅優惠 🥹 continue reading
