To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日娘家提早幫老公慶祝生日，懶得煮，所以決定叫外賣，叫咗特選壽司盛C同卷物壽司盛。一直對元氣嘅外賣壽司都好有信心，以往嘅經驗都好正面，葵芳哩間堂食有食過，外賣就第一次，希望唔會令我失望。今次嘅卷物壽司比魚生壽司出色，我媽咪對個天婦羅蝦🍤卷讚口不絕。我自己就好鍾意個甜蛋🥚壽司，甜蛋大大件，食嘅時候令人好滿足。三文魚卷都唔錯，中間包有青瓜🥒同炸三文魚骨 (？)，口感好豐富。魚生壽司就真係有點令人失望，感覺啲魚生唔係太新鮮，特別係個赤海蝦同三文魚，薄身之如肉仲爛爛的，肉質都有少少霉。帶子就有少少腥味，唔太鮮甜。甜蝦就正常少少，至少蝦肉完整，無霉無爛。今次整體感覺不過不失。
