To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啱啱親戚嚟旺角搵我哋食飯，就帶佢哋去咗【盈館】食飯吹水🥰親戚點咗個【京式片皮鴨】，外皮酥脆，鴨肉鮮嫩多汁，就連配料都好新鮮可口，配埋一齊食直接豐富咗口感😋鍾意食蝦🍤嘅絶對唔可以錯過【晶瑩鮮蝦餃】，餃子皮特別滑溜，蝦嘅鮮味同清甜喺口中滲出，特別有嚼勁😍仲有必點嘅【金湯小籠包】，內餡好足，咬落去時，可以感受到肉汁喺口中散開，特別新鮮清甜，真係太絶啦🤤最後我點咗個大家枱上都會有嘅【雪花墨西哥叉燒餐包】，包子外皮酥脆香甜，叉燒肉特別新鮮，內餡滿滿，配埋一齊食直接豐富咗口感👍親戚家人都對今日嘅食物讚唔絶口👍親戚仲話下次要帶埋朋友一齊嚟食😆
