已經食咗彪哥海鮮菜館羊腩煲好多年,每一次季節當做嘅時候總會第一時間去食。呢排佢哋仲出咗-18度抽真空包裝,我就即刻買返幾packs擺喺雪櫃,咁就幾時都有得食!橫掂都揸車去買,就叫咗一個外賣,返到屋企擺落個煲同堂食一樣咁靚仔。值得一題係佢哋嘅腐乳醬,唔知佢哋係用咩秘方去整呢個醬,好好味!另外仲買咗佢哋得獎菜式「蛇羹」老闆教落返到屋企要將蛇羹返熱,因為食物嘅溫度會好影響個味道,所以我返到屋企就輕輕滾一滾個蛇羹,食嘅時候微微辣嘴最Perfect啦!
