To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想去九龍城買海南雞同朋友聚一聚,咁啱經過九龍灣,見到呢間舖頭, 就喺度買啦, 嘩 !!!  $190 ? 心諗, 咁貴嘅?? 是但啦, 試下啦, 上到去打開個盒之後覺得隻雞顏色有啲淡, 但份量ok, 有兩盒, 唔落醬就咁食覺得真係淡而且冇乜雞味, 蔥油, 辣醬, 豉油味道唔係咁好味, 因為淨係買雞所以試唔到佢啲油飯同埋例湯. 總括嚟講唔似海南雞, $190一隻唔值, 不過我都支持本地小舖, OK 啦 !!
