To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境3分：外賣自取，只係响收銀處比錢同攞嘢食，睇落舖位都幾大，樓面好高，但唔識比分，所以中間位三分。衛生5分：外賣包裝嚟講呢真係好乾淨，每個餸都有個透明膠盒分開裝，Ｄ汁用膠紙黐實好穩固，可以畀佢五分。服務5分：接線生好專業，落單時會提午餐有優惠，訂單幾時預備好，總數幾多，問多兩句又唔會話你煩，態度非常之好。準時去度餐廳，Ｄ食物已經齊，即時比錢，服務員仲叫小心重，細心到呢，滿硬分。味道3分：1) 小籠包一客五粒，外賣嚟講呢都唔錯，個皮唔厚，Ｄ肉夠嫩，但係响冇穿冇溜嘅情況下就差左Ｄ湯汁，要扣一分。2) 鍋貼都係一客五隻，個餡Ｄ肉一樣好嫩，Ｄ汁又夠香甜，但係層皮超厚又煎得唔夠香，要扣佢兩分。3) 個揚州炒飯炒得夠乾身，完全唔油，又夠料，食得過。4) 個嫩雞煨麵係湯同麵分開裝，所以Ｄ麵冇索到淋，個雞湯好濃味又夠甜，要加返佢一分。抵食3分：午餐飯麵平極都要五十蚊起，炒飯仲差不多成舊水，點心都係四十幾蚊起，一啲都唔平，不過上海菜都預左咁上吓，正常價畀三分。
