To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

外賣之已選。。。營養均衡日式便當

外賣來求去去都係茶餐廳小菜，食到脷都鞋。加上日日都熱到冇冇命，令胃口都驟減。不過終於比我發現左令我雙眼發光的外賣，就係「便當」，令我更念家鄕。以前去親日本都會去超市買超多配搭的便當，平食又有，豪到成舊幾水一個都大把選擇。耀華街一號 Shack Tapazaka 平時是一間超cool 居洒屋、酒吧，依家都做埋外賣，外賣都型過人，看到每報上的便當有四款，而我當日的便當， 是off menu 店員幾快手，等左十分鐘左右，我就可以拎返屋企慢慢嘆盒子內有「味素梅子飯、炸蝦、燒鷄、沙律 、炸蓮藕片」炸蝦和燒雞也是即做，前者口感脆脆，後者被濃甜醬汁包著，鷄肉有彈性，但每款得兩件有點吾夠候。味素飯很多人喜歡，我也不例外，珍珠米口感黏黏的撈上飯素及梅子醬，味道很夏日啊！而便當的份量也恰好，不會太頂肚子。
