To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年初三嘅下晝，要去搵午餐食。好多舖頭都冇開。行咗一輪。終於見到有一間食店營業。見佢午市推介都有成12個飯俾人揀。而且睇相都覺得好大份。以咁嘅價錢來講。可以話係相當足料。最後揀咗日式照燒雞扒飯。外賣時間都頗長，大約等咗15分鐘左右。照燒雞扒嘅雞扒一啲都唔鞋恰恰，仲食得出佢係煎過嚟嘅添。照燒汁味道偏鹹。但好彩份量唔算多。送飯食嚟講就啱啱好。另外個飯亦都跟一個麵豉湯。麵豉湯來講亦都算偏鹹。整體來講味道係唔錯嘅。但如果少啲鹽嘅話可能會更加好😃
