To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係趕住去做嘢嘅關係，所以同朋友經過啲地方叫外賣就算數，簡單經過見到牛奶冰室就直接響嗰度叫外賣，等嘅時間都唔算太耐，可以接受嘅。第一個飯個名實在太長，其實個人覺得個名改得有啲實在太誇張，去到尾都係叉燒煎蛋飯。全名叫做蒜香蜜汁叉燒煎半焗流心雙蛋飯，成個飯其實都幾好食，蛋亦都真係做到留心嘅，雖然其實都係太陽蛋咁上下，叉燒亦都唔錯，蜜汁味都幾濃，我諗唯一唔滿意就係佢個名實在太無謂地咁長。上海嫩雞米線，朋友話食落都唔錯嘅，只不過唔會有啲乜嘢驚喜，我淨係想話個名簡簡單單咪幾好囉。仲有一個就係惹味中式牛柳，配埋白飯，呢個中式牛柳都係用蜜桃唔用菠蘿，所以味道會偏甜多個酸味，不過配落牛柳到其實都可以接受，份量亦都唔錯，個名亦都唔會太浮誇。
