一到放假嘅時間就唔想出街食嘢。淨係想接喺屋企,咁一定要試吓將個拉麵帶返去屋企食。今日試咗一間位於鰂魚涌嘅周月拉麵店既外賣自取。一入到門口就已經見到佢已經準備咗外賣袋擺咗喺枱上面。我臨走之前仲問佢要咗個餐具。返到屋企一打開蓋,見到佢將麵同埋個湯已經分離。個湯就喺碗面嘅下面。一打開湯其實都有少少失望。因為幾塊叉燒都比較細,同埋加呢幾塊叉燒其實個價錢要$30.6。加半隻蛋其實要$15.3。食拉麵又點可以冇蛋同埋冇肉呢?居然仲要我自己去加。之後我反手將個拉麵倒咗落湯度,麵係湯嘅浸泡下慢慢化開。食落去嘅第一啖係感受到麵比湯浸泡後好入味。湯底其實比較鹹,雖然我叫咗淡湯。肉質冇話嫩唔嫩,總算叫做肥瘦適中。隻蛋都叫做中規中矩。由於嘢飲要額外加錢所以我都冇叫嘢飲,個湯底勁鹹食完之後我要係咁飲水。如果大家想鹹到黐線嘅話可以過嚟一試。
