To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今日經openrice喺餐廳外賣自取落單,我2點落單,話10分鐘可取,但我2點半去到個餐廳職員話個餐過了兩點沒有了,告訴我堅持要等就即刻入廚房叫師傅做,我問職員(shirley)要再等多久,她竟然不停同我講單一早入咗,但廚房問題佢咩都唔知。我聽到當然好嬲,一個咁嘅員工唔幫我跟仲要叫我等吓先,我跟她說我不要,會聯絡網站平台,跟住就有個部長叫出嚟話有喇有喇,但個外賣入面杯朱古力奶包裝時個蓋蓋不好,倒瀉了3分1杯。重點係呢兩位員工只會推卸責任俾廚房,咁你們沒有責任去幫客人跟進外賣等候時間嗎?外賣30分鐘以上未出都應有責任去廚房跟進啦…
