To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

6/6/2022 好想食近排有熱嘅「松葉蟹」，今日就嚟「海港酒家」，外賣一隻「清蒸松葉蟹」($298)返屋企慢慢食，慢慢嘆！佢哋包裝得好好，用錫兜原隻「松葉蟹」放入去，拎到返屋企都冇問題。「松葉蟹」好鮮甜，多蟹肉，又多蟹羔，超正呀！用蟹羔撈埋啲蟹肉一齊食，真係好美味！喺屋企食蟹，可以好自由，用手拆蟹殼，大快朵頤，$298一隻，好抵食。酒家蒸好晒，一返屋企就可以即刻食，夠晒方便。而家食蟹唔一定要堂食啦！
