今日去咗佐敦探朋友,回程時打算到附近買些燒味回家做餸。友人提議我去寶靈街嗰間「陶園燒臘飯店」陣料,原來佢係常客,經常過嚟幫襯。聽朋友講,店鋪係區內嘅老字號,開業超過半世紀,所有燒味都是自家醃製,店內即燒,而且價錢相當親民,所以一直都好受附近嘅街坊歡迎。 鋪頭嘅燒味選擇果然不少,除咗燒鵝、切雞、油雞、叉燒、腩仔等之外,仲有滷水鴨、滷水鵝、豬大腸等供應。買咗燒鵝下庄 ($120) 同 燒排骨 ($46),兩大盒,拿上手已知斤兩十足,非常墜手。盒燒鵝色水好靚,鵝皮色澤均匀,皮肉飽滿得嚟又夠脹身,入口香脆酥化。鵝肉斬至大小均一,肉質挺嫩滑,調味亦恰好,不太鹹也不過淡,肉香脂香兼備。至於盒燒排骨亦值得推薦,平日最怕就係食骨多肉少的燒排骨,不過呢度嘅燒排骨就剛好相反,幾乎係啖啖肉,而且肉質好鬆化,連骨都夠晒入味,帶肥脂的部份更是甘香可口。見到佢哋嘅獅頭鵝、鵝掌、鵝翼等,賣相都好吸引,下次經過開呢頭一定會再過嚟試下佢哋嘅滷水。
