To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然次次買譚仔外賣都要等到火都嚟埋，今次由消防局落車已經打電話外賣，然後去到舖頭俾錢，最後都要等成20分鐘。其實店內並不是太多客人，而門外只係小貓三四隻等外賣，唔明白點解次次都要等好耐。今日先知道，原來譚仔終於裝咗PayMe ，付款有優惠。今日叫咗個3餸米線，1個小食同飲品，埋單$ 73 都幾貴下。雞肉金菇豬潤三哥酸辣湯底 $48叫咗少米線，一嚟怕自己食唔曬；另外知道由早幾年開始少米減一蚊，三哥就會捐一蚊比「小母牛」，助貧困農戶走上自力更生的脫貧路，食米線既同時又做到善事。不過今日叫少米就真係得好少好少米線。一向只食(重慶)三哥酸辣湯底，今日個湯底略嫌咸咗啲。另外印象中個湯底有其他配料好似榨菜嗰啲，但今日只有辣椒皮，偷工減料，得個咸字。蒜泥白肉 $ 23 (外賣自取加配優惠)日漸縮水既白肉，薄郅透光，只能淺嘗。凍檸水明明叫咗少冰，最後成品都係冰多到督唔到，真係chur 2啖就冇咗一直以來都係譚仔fans，依家除咗價錢越來越貴，份量越來越少，出菜越來越慢之外，唔知未來會唔會更差。
