最近因為時間關係,決定叫外賣來滿足對川菜的渴望。今次選擇了這間主打四川菜的餐廳,真係冇失望!### 1. 秋意去骨豉油雞配湯麵 - 上海麵 (粗)這道豉油雞真係好味!雞肉去骨後,肉質鮮嫩,醬汁滲透得相當入味。搭配粗上海麵,嚼落去有彈性,吸收咗湯底的精華,整體口感非常好。湯底清淡卻不失風味,讓我一口接一口,根本停唔落嚟!### 2. 招牌去骨口水雞湯麵 - 上海麵 (粗)另一道招牌口水雞,雞肉滑而不膩,醬汁的香辣味道令人回味無窮。湯麵的粗麵條跟湯底的結合也非常完美,辣味適中,唔會太過刺激,正好提升了整體的味道層次,令我更加享受。餐燉湯 - 羊肚菌烏雞燉花膠湯另外,羊肚菌烏雞燉花膠湯也讓我驚喜。湯底濃郁,羊肚菌的香氣與烏雞的鮮味結合得恰到好處,花膠的口感更是為湯增添了不少豐富度,讓整頓飯變得更有層次感。
