粟米魚柳$42
感覺好奇怪, 明明至少有成8大塊魚柳,都很好吃,炸粉不多, 魚肉很滑,應該很高興, 而且只係$42, 但可惜唔夠栗米汁,無汁所以魚柳變得乾身, 加上平時個汁可用來配飯食, 現在比較單調乏味。
蓮藕花生炆豬手$39 , 非常推薦。
炆豬手步驟多,自己好少整黎食, 調味, 有膠質,豬皮無毛, 唔係舊舊得件骨, 花生夠淋夠入味, 厚切蓮藕, 難入口。
下次試埋其他。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
