To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網上落單外賣壽司🍣、原定13:30到取，由於自己時間控制不好，到店時間比預期早了30分鐘。以為要等30分鐘，點知食物已經準備好，放係收銀處傍邊的一個架子上。3分鐘內，開始品嚐，真感到失望⋯⋯食物過早準備、刺身已經不新鮮，魷魚🦑不挺身、三文魚上的牛油果🥑醬軟棉棉的⋯相對於我上次在同一家genki網購的同款壽司🍣、真係10分同3分之比呀⋯⋯落差太大了⋯⋯如果壽司過早就早定、那何必要預定呢？你地話呢？
