To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同老婆OT，分別叫咗個招牌脆皮牛腩飯、招牌蝦頭油炒飯、沙嗲三寶同麻辣雲耳。先講脆皮牛腩飯，個皮都幾脆，無淋到，而啲牛腩亦都入味同唔韌，同平時食開嘅牛腩幾唔同，都係第一次食咁嘅煮法，仲配埋炒飯，咁嘅食法都幾特別。跟住到蝦頭油炒飯，食落去都幾香，而且唔算鹹，啲飯都無乜水氣，無淋到。而個麻辣雲耳都唔係好辣，反而酸咗啲。最後到沙嗲三寶，唔係太入味，不過份量都算多。整體嚟講以外賣嚟計都算唔錯，喺而家不能堂食的情況下可以一試。
