To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當日已經8點,但仍然有唔少人依家先食晚飯,出餐非常忙碌,兩位店員處理餐點+一位水把,後尾忙到要將樓面負責收拾嘅姐姐都叫埋去幫手攞吓嘢。外賣雜扒餐,由排隊落單到攞外賣需時接近30分鐘…可能肚餓…係等到有啲唔耐煩。而且觀察到好多營運上嚟問題:1️⃣其中一個姐姐要兼顧出餐同落單,搞到佢要兩頭走,排隊嘅其實等耐左2️⃣個姐姐行嚟行去變相仲浪費左時間,又易左整錯,因為會唔記得原本做緊咩3️⃣依家有App落單,變相其實幾條隊,聽no.預計唔到幾時先有,因為唔知幾時到,感覺更加燥底4️⃣雜扒…女仔嚟講份量有剩嘅,但啲薯條同扒嘅賣相實在…算啦$7x勉強接受啦簡單嚟講,唔係整左App就唔使理排隊落單嘅客嘅,一係App嘅promotion就再喺夜晚做好啲,現場所見大部分人都仲係即場落單,所以起碼有>5個人等緊外賣…同埋懷疑連廚房都唔夠人做嘢,先會出得咁慢…

外賣雜扒餐,由排隊落單到攞外賣需時接近30分鐘…可能肚餓…係等到有啲唔耐煩。而且觀察到好多營運上嚟問題:


1️⃣其中一個姐姐要兼顧出餐同落單,搞到佢要兩頭走,排隊嘅其實等耐左


2️⃣個姐姐行嚟行去變相仲浪費左時間,又易左整錯,因為會唔記得原本做緊咩


3️⃣依家有App落單,變相其實幾條隊,聽no.預計唔到幾時先有,因為唔知幾時到,感覺更加燥底


4️⃣雜扒…女仔嚟講份量有剩嘅,但啲薯條同扒嘅賣相實在…算啦$7x勉強接受啦
