成日都會覺得出街食飯就係多油多鹽好heavy但其實出街食飯都可以好清淡、好健康平時成日經過女人街哩間西記粥店,又睇過有人推薦哩到既湯飯、湯麵,好似好健康咁,咁啱自己食飯就行左入去啦!佢有湯飯同湯麵可以揀湯飯三餸一菜加一碗大白飯湯麵就兩餸一菜加一底麵我驚食得太飽就叫左湯麵魚腩補充蛋白質豬潤補血補鐵西洋菜含有豐富纖維加埋米粉提供碳水化合物營養均衡的一餐落左單後等左冇耐,大大碗米粉就送到我面前啦!首先,西洋菜份量好足,未試過係出面食個粉都有咁多菜,菜唔會overcook,仲爽口,幾新鮮添然後,魚腩每舊都大大塊,仲痴埋魚皮添!好正,我影完相、食完菜先試舊魚,但佢都唔會因為浸係湯入面太耐而軟爛,仲好鮮嫩,煮既時間較得啱啱好再來,豬潤都好多啊!有成五六塊,同樣地,就算浸耐左都唔會好鞋,雖然大塊但未算係厚,但咬落去都爽既,我中意既口感而唔係老同粉,唔錯嫁最後,米粉就正常米粉既食法啦,但米粉份量相對餸菜黎講就較少,我食完啲粉仲剩低好多餸要口空食整體黎講,cp值都高,份量算大,食完啱啱好,唔會口乾,仲一啲都唔會覺得罪惡添我見好多人都食湯飯,同埋有唔少粥點、油器可以揀,下次試下先
