To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前經過永吉街,才發現有這新店。看了午餐餐牌挺吸引的,今天和朋友去試試。午餐包括前菜、主食和罐裝汽水,盛惠$62。前菜可選越式沙律或牛油雞翼。我選了雞翼。雞翼的皮非常鬆脆,雖然牛油味不太濃,但雞翼肉質挺嫩滑,味道可口。主菜我選擇了生牛肉湯河。上桌的時候,薄切牛肉真的是有點生 再浸一會湯,就剛剛熟了,不會太韌 河粉是較幼身的河粉,挺薄的,也很滑。值得一讚的是這湯粉不會太肥膩,湯面不會泛油。湯面放了香葉,湯裡還有洋蔥、芽菜、蔥等配料,洋蔥浸熟了一點,吃起來有點甜 好吃。侍應也很勤快,我吃完雞翼,我的主菜還沒有來(同伴的已經上了),侍應問我要的是甚麼,幫我跟單。
