To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞金公館有一個性價比高嘅二人套餐,而對金公館嘅食物質素印象相當唔錯,實在沒有不去試試的理由,就是這樣我們6點30分已經乖乖出現,而且只是平日已經差不多坐滿7、8成,遲多少少已經要開始排隊。套餐包括了前菜雞絲粉皮,青城山杏汁白肺湯,烤北京填鴨半隻,老乾媽帶子象拔蚌,蒜蓉炒時蔬,京式小籠包及甜品桂花糕。以金公館質素$488這個價錢實在相當吸引,難怪那麼多人。雞絲粉皮在醬汁中應該加了檸檬汁調味,相當清新開胃,難得的是份量適中完全沒有不合感覺,依然保留芝麻醬香味。粉皮是比較Q彈那種,配合嫰滑的雞胸肉,出色的前菜。青城山杏汁白肺湯用料十足的一個老火功夫燉湯,湯裡面有大量瘦肉豬肺,加上新鮮菜膽和杏汁,就算很熱一上枱已經急不及待先喝兩啖,杏汁香氣直沖上鼻腔,舌頭亦嚐到多種材料帶來的甘甜柔和,絕對是必要菜式。烤北京填鴨之前品嚐過已經非常印象深刻,真的能做到皮脆肉嫰,而且廚師非常細心的將皮下大部份脂肪先切走,保留鴨子油香之餘亦不會過於滯口。而且這裡獨有的桂花蜜糖醬汁跟鴨肉非常匹配,清香之餘亦進一步提昇鴨的香味,有特色又有標誌性。老乾媽帶子象拔蚌本這個小炒亦相當不錯,帶子鮮甜厚肉,象拔蚌亦新鮮爽口,最緊
