To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司最近有好多新搞作，新幹線咩高速快線，lunch time既金鐘點會同你玩呢啲呀！我係會員，已經早左一個鐘攞飛，total等左45分鐘....A餐刺身竹輪卷湯烏冬定食，因為個個都食呢個餐，所以10分鐘就有啦！先到個沙律，d菜都幾甜，仲有條蟹肉，刺身每樣兩片，三文魚特別厚，甘甜有魚油味。北寄貝好大片，彈牙又清甜，壽司總共有6件，筋子壽司口感絕頂好，平日都要$10件，三文魚魚卵粒粒分明，煙煙靭靭，三文魚腩都好肥美，口感比起頭先刺身豐富，肥大d。主菜係竹輪烏冬，烏冬湯就一般，無乜味，但烏冬唔會好硬，算係彈牙有咬口。 $88再另收加一，金鐘，算係咁啦！
