新斗記係我近期中菜至愛, 食物質素高佢出左係化皮乳豬, 烤到表層有芝麻皮, 肉軟嫩帶Q感, 酥中微帶硬脆口感,令人驚豔。點點砂糖,好似係食緊焦糖脆片一樣美味生炒排骨,色、香、味俱全, 不但顔色好看,而且美味可口。豬排骨表面炸到酥脆,再裹上一層亮麗的糖醋番茄醬,酸酸甜甜的味道可增加不少食慾, 甜酸排骨還加入菠蘿一起炒,不但能增加整道菜的酸味及果香味,而且也能中和排骨的油膩感。食左咁多肉, 當然叫個菜平衡飲食, 有高湯既加持, 菜非常JUICY, 爽脆!最後仲有糖水送, 有紅豆沙同木瓜雪耳揀, 我地都要左特別清潤的雪耳, 都幾清甜, 夾雜爽口既雪耳, 食埋糖水就完滿啦!
