To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午見到呢間「川粤時空時尚小廚」睇落幾吸引，就同朋友一行三人入去試下❤️環境舒適而且都好多款式可以選擇一場黎到，當然要試下重慶正宗毛血旺！有豬紅、豆卜、腩肉片、午餐肉、牛柏葉、木耳，豬紅切成粗條狀，不只食材豐富，連湯個味道都足夠香辣！肉質都幾嫩滑，食落好有層次。辣味亦會重一點、惹味一點，挑動味蕾激起食慾，香味撲鼻而來！金湯酸菜魚食材完美地相融結合，入口齒頰留香，回味無窮。酸菜野味開胃，魚肉夠肥所以近腩既位置魚油豐富，魚肉油脂甘香同鮮甜可口。魚湯夠熱，不算油膩， 慢慢飲也順喉。份量又夠晒多，抵食！👍🏻整體美食相得益彰，帶來回甘的餘韻。環境舒服又乾淨，值得推薦✔️
