To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實近排在疫情和自由行銳減底下,尖沙咀真係比以前少左好多人,所以今晚都出來尖沙咀走一走,路經漢口道見到這間燒味餐廳,價錢亦不貴,便入來試試看,看見門外的餐牌以為只是一間普通的燒味茶餐廳,打開主菜單便發覺這裏除了一般茶餐廳可見的飯麵之外還有越南泰國等東南亞菜式。先來燒鵝,燒得肥美,最重要是他的皮是很薄很脆,下面的肥膏邪惡得來又美味,如果不喜歡太肥的你可以輕輕刮去肥膏,脆皮和肉一齊吃,亦是十分滋味。雞肉串燒的份量比我們想像中大,味道亦都不足,不過如果能夠做到香味再濃一點就更好,始終香味對串燒是很重要的。牛肉河做出有水準,雖然不是最頂級的越南牛肉河,但是在這裏一邊吃燒鵝一邊有吃這樣的越式河粉,亦是相當有趣呢。

先來燒鵝,燒得肥美,最重要是他的皮是很薄很脆,下面的肥膏邪惡得來又美味,如果不喜歡太肥的你可以輕輕刮去肥膏,脆皮和肉一齊吃,亦是十分滋味。

雞肉串燒的份量比我們想像中大,味道亦都不足,不過如果能夠做到香味再濃一點就更好,始終香味對串燒是很重要的。
