To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好期待呢個壽司,因為一幻想,舌頭已經大概有一陣鮮甜濃郁海膽味出現,吞拿魚應該會好嫩滑,好期待呢款壽司

但我食落去略為失望,海膽唔係鮮甜!比較偏淡!仲以為會食到好濃味鮮甜、有回味嘅味道。吞拿魚外皮被火炙,但魚身就比較乾,而包住嘅免治吞拿魚腩亦都冇乜味。飯唔夠實!畢竟係$200真係大失所望!
差於預期!

單睇平平無奇,以為靠個湯調味?點知個湯超級淡!
係有好淡既類似玄米茶味,但除咗少少茶味都唔知係乜嘢味!成個配搭真係粗茶淡飯,全靠Wasabi同酸蘿蔔嘅味,而飯上嘅三文魚乾碎(?)

普普通通,乳酸味適中,但濃啲會好啲,始終好快比溶冰溝淡

除咗食物之外,我想講嘅係香港轉枱要速度快,餐廳只容許個半鐘頭用膳時間
,而且出餐時間太快,差唔多同樣時間就出晒所有食物,放喺你細細既枱面,好似太急、太趕時間!違背咗傳統日本居酒屋嘅原意!冇計啦⋯⋯呢度係香港鋪租貴,地方細,多客人等位,返枱時間快先得⋯
食物方面,還可以
,但茶漬飯完全係失敗成品!
食物種類算多,但酒類方面可以更多。
