蜑家菜,主打海鮮、咸鮮、煲仔飯都有,雖是粵菜,但睇餐牌都有些創新的菜式。當天為假日,6時左右已大半的枱都預約滿了。人不多,叫咗個廚師推介套餐。老火例湯,蓮藕豬肉湯,湯味濃,份量都算多,但無乜料在煲內,只有4-5小塊蓮藕和少許肉。羗粒蒸咸鮮魚,是細條的石斑魚切成小塊再放羗蒸,魚肉屬硬實肉型,應是只醃了很短時間的咸鮮,魚肉未被因太久風乾而做成的收縮。仍很juice,微微的鹽醃反而提升了魚的鮮味。鮮蟹肉扒時蔬,真係真材實料,肉蟹的肉一疏疏的,仲有成舊蟹鉗肉。新鮮材料做,食落彈牙的。而菜心雖又粗又大條,可是仍很嫰,又爽脆又甜。另叫手撕鴛鴦脾,是雞脾和鴨脾肉再淋上葱油,雞肉味畧淡但鮮,鴨肉味濃,兩者一併來吃有互補不足的味道和口感,加上葱油,令肉味更淸香。雖較油膩,可美食當前也顧不了。黑森小丸子,温熱又軟熟的糯米滋皮包住黑芝麻餡,據說外層是由Oreo 餅碎做成,細細粒,一啖一粒,食極都唔夠咁。存細看過餐牌,你會認為以上那一種菜式最貴呢?答案是手撕鴛鴦脾 $168,其次套餐中分別單叫嘅話,鮮蟹肉扒時蔬 $148,羗粒蒸咸鮮魚$98,老火例湯 $98,套餐可減少$20多元左右。要食特色菜,當然價錢有番
