To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒肉五品盛合嘅內容都好豐富,入面有雞肉、薄切牛舌、豬頸肉、牛角上級牛肋肉同腹胸肉~最鍾意嘅就係牛舌,將兩邊燒大約30秒然後點一點檸檬汁或者加小小鹽就好好味,我個人來講唔係咁鍾意食厚切,因為口感無咁爽,而雞肉燒到皮脆一脆先食,但小心燒焦~

鰻魚的價錢比較貴,分量亦較少,但自己好鍾意食所以冇所謂啦~將四邊燒一燒令到表皮香脆,達到外脆內軟嘅口感,再點一點甜醬油食~

雪糕銅鑼燒有抹茶同雲呢拿味,簡左抹茶,店員好好服務咁幫我地換左個爐面同碗碟,放係爐度燒30秒左右,令到個銅鑼熱熱地而雪糕又keep到凍,又凍又熱食落好過癮
