To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早上有點趕，到了順路的明發吃早餐。向來對它的出品無甚期望的我今早不太肚餓，於是要了一份奶占多和熱奶茶早餐。熱奶茶夠熱，也幾香滑，就算我一點糖都沒有下也不會覺得澀；至於多士為驚喜之作，首先夠厚切，最適合愛吃大大件厚多的我；其次老闆娘在塗料方面夠慷慨，多士面有厚厚的一層果占和多得滴下來的煉奶；第三是麵包質素高，充滿麥香和緊密的質感，咬下去會有煙膩的口感，而不是像吃空氣般無癮；這點也彌補了烘得不夠燶的缺點，只是微脆的表面反而和充滿咬口的麵包芯很夾。這份多士出奇地好吃，而早餐只是十六元，在般含道已算是又平又好吃的食店。
